ORDER REQUIREMENTS

Minimum orders

• Minimum orders are 500 units per style per colour.

Prices

• LDP (Landed Duty Paid) or FOB (Freight on Board) prices available.
• All prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice.
• All prices quoted do not include taxes.

Credit Policy

• All orders accepted are subject to the approval of the credit department.
• All new accounts must fill a completed credit application prior to any order being processed.
• All orders must be signed.
• Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% service charge per month.

Shipping

• It is required that all orders be shipped in a full container load. If partial containers are shipped an extra handling fee will apply.

Returns

• No merchandise returns will be accepted without an authorisation number issued by Mountain View's customer service department.
• All returns must be shipped prepaid.
• All returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge.

Claims and Shortages

• All claims for shortages and/or damages are to be made directly to the carrier.
• Mountain View will not be responsible for any redelivery charges if a shipment is refused.
